Amarsia provides an AI inference and API builder platform delivered via subscription. The Service includes free and paid tiers.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• We may suspend accounts for violations of these Terms.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• The Service is billed on a subscription basis via Stripe.
• Free tier is available; paid plans require valid payment details.
• No refunds are provided once a payment has been processed.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for:

• Illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive activities.
• Reselling, sublicensing, or white-labeling.
• Competing AI services using Amarsia's infrastructure.

5. User Data & Ownership

• You retain ownership of your data, documents, and AI interaction logs.
• Amarsia only processes and stores your data for the purpose of delivering the Service.
• Data migration services are available at an additional cost.

6. Intellectual Property

• The Service, software, and platform are the property of Amarsia.
• These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind.
• Amarsia shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.

8. Termination

• You may cancel your subscription at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion for violations.
• Account data is not deleted automatically unless requested.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
• Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in Delaware courts or via binding arbitration.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
